sont utilis\u00e9s comme obturations lorsque la dent pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fauts de taille moyenne \u00e0 grande, dus par exemple \u00e0 une carie.\nToutefois, le d\u00e9faut ne doit pas \u00eatre si important qu&rsquo;il faille opter pour une couronne.\nPour les obturations plus petites, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;utiliser un autre mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;obturation, tel que le composite.\nLa quantit\u00e9 de substance dentaire \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer est moins importante que pour un inlay.\nLes patients allergiques \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux d&rsquo;obturation ou qui souhaitent s&rsquo;en passer peuvent \u00e9galement opter pour des inlays comme obturation de qualit\u00e9.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;\">La c\u00e9ramique au disilicate est un mat\u00e9riau tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet.\nCe mat\u00e9riau est recommand\u00e9 non seulement pour sa couleur naturelle, mais aussi pour ses excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s : la c\u00e9ramique est biocompatible et ne r\u00e9agit pas aux m\u00e9taux qui sont souvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents dans la bouche sous forme d&rsquo;obturations.\nEn ce qui concerne la dur\u00e9e de vie d&rsquo;un inlay, ils durent en moyenne six \u00e0 dix ans.\nToutefois, une dur\u00e9e de vie beaucoup plus longue est tout \u00e0 fait possible avec un bon entretien.\nEnsuite, l&rsquo;inlay peut \u00eatre facilement remplac\u00e9 par le dentiste. correspondante de la dent en utilisant une technique de meulage sp\u00e9ciale.\nCe meulage pr\u00e9pare la dent de mani\u00e8re optimale pour le mat\u00e9riau et la forme de l&rsquo;inlay.\nLe dentiste prend ensuite une empreinte de la dent d\u00e9fectueuse afin que le laboratoire puisse fabriquer un inlay adapt\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin-bottom: 0px;\">L&rsquo;inlay en c\u00e9ramique est ensuite fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la structure dentaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une colle sp\u00e9ciale \u00e0 effet adh\u00e9sif.\nCela signifie qu&rsquo;une adh\u00e9rence microscopique est cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 travers de fins pores, ce qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;inlay et \u00e0 la substance dentaire d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rer fermement et de mani\u00e8re fiable.\nEn g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, deux s\u00e9ances sont n\u00e9cessaires, car l&rsquo;inlay est fabriqu\u00e9 entre-temps au laboratoire dentaire.
